SHIPPING
When and how will my order ship?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Bethlehem, GA within 2-4 business days.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail.
Expect slightly longer production times during the holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
USPS First Class Mail (typically for stickers) ship for FREE
USPS Priority Mail - $8.95 Flat Rate/FREE shipping on orders $35+
When will my order arrive?
For orders shipping USPS Priority Mail or UPS, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from ship date. USPS First Class Mail may take a few days longer.
Can I change the address provided? What if my address is incorrect?
Please email us at info@ivorypaige.com or use the contact page immediately if you realize that you gave us the incorrect shipping address. If your order is still in production and not yet shipped, we might be able to correct it.
If your order ships to the address provided and ends up being returned to us, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges.
Personalized and custom items are not eligible for refunds.
We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping.
If your order ships to an incorrect address provided at the time the order is placed and is not retrievable, unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
USPS domestic packages can take up to two weeks to arrive and tracking information sometimes does not update consistently. When this happens, most of the time, it is flowing through their system, it’s just taking longer and is difficult to determine where it actually is in the process. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated, and we’re doing everything we can to try to provide the best process possible with as much is within our control.

Do you ship internationally?
We are not currently shipping international. You are welcome to inquire further on the contact page.

Can I include a gift note with my order?
Absolutely! We love making your gift extra special. Simply enter your request for a gift note and your message in the Note box at checkout.
Where are you located?
We have a small commercial printshop located in Bethlehem, GA. Our products are printed in-house.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar storefront?
We do not have a storefront for in-person shopping.
Do you offer wholesale?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom and personalized products are not eligible for returns. Earrings are also not eligible for returns. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged? What if I receive the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please attach a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Can I return my personalized item?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalized items. Products made to order such as mugs, tumblers and journals are considered personalized, even you only choose the color.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How can I exchange my item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the above procedures, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: Personalized items are ineligible for exchanges.
When will my refund be processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
